When I first thought about starting a podcast, I wasn't ready. I was already stretched to my limit. My husband's first response was, "Do you have the time for that?" And he wasn't wrong!

But I started anyway.

Twenty episodes in, I'm celebrating something I wasn't even sure would happen. But more importantly, I've learned something that changed everything: you don't have to be ready. You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to find the pace YOU can actually sustain.

In this episode, I'm sharing what 20 episodes taught me about starting scared, staying consistent without burning out, and discovering something about yourself you didn't expect.

If you've been waiting to start that thing—the podcast, the business, the project, the conversation—but you keep telling yourself you don't have time or you're not ready, this one's for you.

Sometimes you just have to begin.
